Built around trust and confidentiality

Feedback only works when people trust the process.

Feedback360 is designed to support safe, respectful and constructive feedback collection for doctors, colleagues and patients.

Our approach

Feedback360 aims to ensure that:

  • feedback is collected for professional development and reflection
  • respondents understand the purpose of the feedback
  • doctors receive a clear and constructive summary
  • individual responses are anonymised
  • reporting is appropriate to the agreed service
  • group level insights are anonymised
  • feedback is not positioned as a punitive performance tool

Confidentiality statement

Feedback360 provides confidential feedback reporting for the doctor receiving feedback.

Where organisations request group level themes, these are provided in an anonymised format unless a different reporting arrangement has been clearly agreed in advance.

Patient and colleague feedback

Patients and colleagues should feel comfortable providing honest, respectful feedback.

Feedback360 uses structured questions and clear communication to help respondents provide feedback that is useful, relevant and constructive.
